McKie's Troops

On Thursday, August 7, the Jason McKie Foundation, Chicago Bears and Boeing will salute Chief Warrant Officer Darin Anderson with the Illinois National Guard on the field at Soldier Field prior to kickoff. Officer Anderson has flown 110 air combat missions and is the recipient of a bronze star, air medal, and combat action badge. He served in Iraq from April to November of 2007.

Through "McKie's Troops", the Jason McKie Foundation of the Institute for Science and Health will honor one deserving member of the military on the field at Soldier Field prior to kickoff of each Bears' home game. McKie donates four tickets for military to each home game.
